Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Please note that processing times may be longer during sales, promotional periods, and holidays.

Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping (No Rush)

• Free shipping on U.S. orders over $65
• $5 flat-rate shipping on orders under $65
• Delivery in 2–10 business days after processing
• Available within the contiguous United States
• Some shipments may be transferred to USPS for final delivery, which may result in limited tracking updates while in transit

Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes & Military Addresses

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and diplomatic addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

• Free shipping on orders over $65
• $5 flat-rate shipping on orders under $65

Express Shipping

• Flat-rate shipping of $10
• Delivery in 1–3 business days after processing
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT are eligible for same-day processing
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT will be processed the following business day

International Shipping

At this time, MAVARA ships exclusively within the United States.

If you're located outside the U.S., please email us at info@mavarabrand.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Delivery Delays

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are managed by the shipping provider.

Weather events, natural disasters, public disruptions, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times. MAVARA is not responsible for delays that occur after a package has been shipped.

Important Information

• Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. MAVARA is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Orders cannot be modified once they have entered fulfillment. Changes to shipping addresses or shipping methods may require order cancellation and resubmission, when possible.

• We do not require signatures upon delivery. Please make arrangements to ensure the safe receipt of your package.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are returned in their original condition and comply with our return requirements.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@mavarabrand.com with your order number. We will promptly provide a prepaid return label and return instructions.

Please Note:

• Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

• Personalized, final sale, or otherwise marked non-returnable items are not eligible for return.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
